This week we are learning about e-safety at Bowling Park. Each class is creating their own set of rules or ‘class contracts’ so that everybody in school can understand how to stay stay whilst using new technologies including laptops, iPads and the internet.
See if you can answer the questions below to check your understanding of e-safety issues:
- Can you write a definition of the word ‘e-safety’?
- What are your top tips for staying safe online?
- Which do you think is the most important rule your class came up with for your class e-safety contract? Why?
Also, have a look at this great website which can teach you a lot more about ways to keep safe in different online situations: http://www.kidsmart.org.uk/
Leave a comment to answer the questions. You may wish to ask some questions of your own for other people to answer.
